Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds another layer of security to help prevent anyone other than you from accessing your sensitive information online. This is accomplished using additional types of authentication to verify your identity when signing in to a system, such as entering a one-time authentication code sent to your phone via text or voice. MFA is now required to access Jackson.com. If you need help setting up MFA, see these instructions or watch this enrollment video.

Please contact our Service Center at (877) 565-2968 if you have questions regarding access with Multi-Factor Authentication.

If you mark the "Remember my username" checkbox during the sign-in process, your username information will be automatically populated during future visits to the site from this device.

While entering the Authentication Code on the MFA screen, you can mark “Remember me on this device” to temporarily bypass entering a new MFA code on future visits.

To keep your information secure, these checkboxes should not be checked if you are using a shared/public device.
