SEC Quarterly Portfolio Holdings
The Funds file a complete schedule of portfolio holdings with the SEC for each quarter. The second and fourth quarters can be found in the Funds’ semi-annual financial statements and annual report respectively, using the links provided on this page or at jackson.com/fund-literature.
The first and third quarters holdings of each fiscal year are filed with the SEC on Form N-PORT.
The Funds' Form N-PORT is available on the SEC's website at www.sec.gov or at jackson.com/fund-literature. The Form N-PORT may be reviewed and copied at the SEC's Public Reference Room in Washington, DC, and information on the operation of the Public Reference Room may be obtained by calling 800-SEC-0330. It is also available upon request by calling the Funds toll-free at 800-766-4683.
