Executive Vice President,
General Counsel, Jackson

Carrie Chelko is responsible for providing expert and strategic guidance to Jackson’s executive leadership team on legal, compliance, governance and policy matters affecting the company. She oversees Jackson’s legal, compliance, government relations, corporate responsibility and corporate communications teams while leveraging her extensive regulatory experience and deep knowledge of the law. She has earned committee appointments from the FINRA Board of Governors, among other professional distinctions, and has served on nonprofit boards. Carrie earned bachelor’s degrees in science and arts from Grove City College and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law. She also previously held the FINRA Series 7 and 24 registrations.

Chief Financial Officer, Jackson

Don Cummings is responsible for managing Jackson’s business and financial objectives through sound capital and asset-liability management (ALM) and directing the company’s efforts in actuarial, financial reporting, tax, treasury and financial planning and analysis. Don graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Morehead State University with concentrations in accounting and data processing.

Chief Operating Officer, Jackson

Dev Ganguly is responsible for strategic oversight of Jackson’s operations, enterprise technology, digital, data and information security functions. He also serves as an executive sponsor of the company’s diversity and inclusion program. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics and power from the National Institute of Technology in India. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI) and Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan.

Dana Rapier is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to human resources and corporate support services in support of Jackson's overall business plan and strategy. She also serves as an executive sponsor of Jackson's diversity and inclusion program. She holds a bachelor's degree in science from Michigan State University and a master's degree in science administration from Central Michigan University.

Chris Raub is responsible for overseeing all enterprise risk management for Jackson, including financial and operational risks. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University (Ohio) and a master’s in business administration from Northwestern University.

Scott Romine is responsible for leading Jackson’s distribution organization companywide, which includes directing all product, sales and marketing efforts. In his role, he harnesses the strengths of Jackson’s wholesalers to support and educate financial professionals, execute the firm’s growth strategy and further enhance Jackson’s reputation as an industry leader. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Lutheran University and a master’s in business administration from Pepperdine University. He earned FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 registrations.
